The fantastic monster item being viewed is a painted model of The Phantom of the Opera. This is a large life-size bust of the deformed Phantom and comes with his gesturing hand as well, made by Amok Time and produced under licence of Chaney Enterprises.
This sculpt and paint work are based on the classic 1925 production of – The Phantom of the Opera film starring Lon Chaney senior (the man of a thousand faces) in the leading role. Based on Gaston Leroux’s novel and directed by Rupert Julian.
This is a painted resin model kit by artist Darren Kefford. Bust / hand come with its original box (minor damage to printed image on the box) and is without the certificate of authenticity (unfortunately missing).
Dimensions are approximately 43cms high and the hand is 30cms long.
