For anyone that has not created an account, you can access the order status page from your order confirmation email for 3 weeks without logging in, when using the same browser.

U.K. Delivery Information

How quick will items be dispatched / how long should I give for domestic delivery for items in the U.K?

All orders that have cleared funds will be dispatched within 7 working days, usually this will be within 5 working days and quicker during busier times of the year (Christmas etc.).

Most orders should be received within 7 working days of dispatch in the U.K. and 14 days internationally. If this is not the case, please Contact Us at The Monster Company in the first instance for us to investigate further.

All orders are fully insured to their full sale value at checkout.
