The awesome item being viewed is a production made House Elf head.
This Elf can be seen at the Wizarding World Tour in Diagon Alley, Universal Studio Tour, Florida.

The head is made from resin and filled with expanding foam.
This is the only piece ‘The Monster Company’ has of the House Elf.
There is a small piece missing from the earlobe, and one ear tip and a small hole in the cheek of the prop, these can be seen in the images.
There are also some thin cast areas around the neck area which make it delicate to handle.
Dimensions are approximately 29cms nose to ear tip, 15cms at its widest, and 16cms from neck to the top of the head.
Item comes with a letter of authenticity from The Monster Company.
